  I think Christine Dahl may have let her ego get the best of her. She will not allow you to choose the cake you want...she would much rather tell you what she is going to make FOR you. And if you have any complaints about that, she will yell at you, hang up on you, etc. Not worth it!

  Christine is such a talented cake maker! The three-tier cake she make for us had three flavors, and every one of the flavor was amazing. The placement of the cascade of roses we requested was awesome. Everything about the cake was flawless, down to the smoothness of the frosting. The most amazing part is that she works alone and starts from scratch! We will definitely be in touch with her for other occasions =)

  Christine made the cake for my wedding just over 6 months ago. People are still RAVING about the taste and the look. Plus, it was very affordable. She totally let us alter the cake flavors from the samples she gave us (we had 3 layers with two different flavors). She was very professional. I really loved working with her.
